The Vantage Pipeline has filed an application with the National Energy Board to support the request for approval to construct and operate the Canadian portion of the project. An application for a Presidential Permit has been filed with the Department of State specific to the portion of the pipeline in the United States. In addition, the project will be making application to agencies and government bodies that have responsibilities specific to each of North Dakota, Saskatchewan and Alberta.
